We work with banks and other lenders to:
- Identify and rectify weaknesses in financial and cash flow management information
- Analyse the profit and loss account, balance sheet and cash flow cycle to identify required changes to effect savings and efficiencies
- Review and revise as appropriate company’s current debt servicing schedule and terms
- Review structure of company’s funding structure to recommend improvements
- Implement the appropriate improvements in information and processes
- Recommend and implement as appropriate changes to personnel to improve performance of the finance function
We work with investors, especially private equity firms, to:
- Review performance and problems of the investee company
- Review the competitive environment and strategic alternatives
- Develop a specific strategy to meet investors’ value and timing goals
- Develop an operational plan to fulfil that strategy
- Implement the appropriate aspects of that plan, including replacement of key personnel
- Continue to assist investors through and beyond the institutionalisation of those changes
Undertake an assessment of the target or acquired entity and then assist the acquirer to:
- Develop a plan for integration and addressing immediate key issues – corporate structure and governance, management, operations, financial and IT systems, human resources, financial structure
- Ensure strategy alignment between the acquirer and the acquired aimed at quickly optimizing the integration and synergies
- Conduct a performance review of the target or acquired entity, covering all items as above
- Design programs and assist with implementation and cultural integration
